Microsoft Copilot Studio training for Irish organisations
A hands-on programme where your team builds, tests and governs its own Copilot Studio agents in two to three days. On-site in Dublin or remote.
Book a 20-min callWho it's for
Operations, IT, service desk and business teams who want to build useful agents for their own work. No coding is needed. If your people know the process and use Microsoft 365 every day, they can build an agent in this programme.
What your team builds
First, an internal support agent grounded in your own approved knowledge, so it answers from documents you trust rather than the open internet. Then you extend it with tools and agent flows, for example drafting a service desk ticket that a person confirms before it is submitted.
Programme format
- Day 1: Foundations and first agent. How Copilot Studio works, grounding in your knowledge, and building and testing a first agent.
- Day 2: Integration and orchestration. Tools, connectors and agent flows, with human confirmation steps where actions matter.
- Optional half-day: Security and Governance. Responsible AI, human oversight, data handling, an introduction to the EU AI Act, and a before-production checklist.
How it runs
- On-site in Dublin or elsewhere in Ireland, or remote.
- Up to 12 people per group.
- A training tenant is provided, so nothing touches your production systems.
- Labs and materials are included.
Recent delivery
Currently delivering this programme for a regulated Irish organisation of around 200 staff.
Copilot Studio training questions
- Do we need Copilot Studio licences?
- Not for the training itself. We provide a training tenant with the licences needed for the labs, so your team can build and test agents without buying anything first. When you move to your own environment, we help you work out which Copilot Studio licensing fits the agents you actually plan to run.
- Do staff need coding skills?
- No. Copilot Studio is a low-code tool, and the programme is built for operations, IT, service desk and business teams rather than developers. If people can write a clear process document and use Microsoft 365 day to day, they have what they need to build a working agent over the two days.
- Can it run on our own tenant?
- Yes, if you prefer. By default we use a separate training tenant so nothing touches your production systems or data. Where your IT team wants the labs in your own environment, we agree the setup, permissions and test data with them in advance so the sessions stay safe and predictable.
- How long is the training?
- Two days for the core programme: Day 1 covers foundations and a first agent, Day 2 covers integration and orchestration. There is an optional half-day Security and Governance session on responsible AI, human oversight, data handling and an introduction to the EU AI Act, which brings it to two and a half days.
- Is it on-site in Dublin?
- It can be. We deliver on-site in Dublin and elsewhere in Ireland, or remotely, for groups of up to 12 people. On-site suits teams who want to build together in one room; remote works well for teams split across offices. Labs and materials are included either way.
- What happens after the training?
- Your team leaves with working agents, the lab materials and a before-production checklist. If you want help taking an agent into real use, we can review it with you, tighten the governance and support the rollout. If you do not need that, you have everything required to carry on yourselves.
- Can Enterprise Ireland or Local Enterprise Office grants cover this?
- They may, depending on your eligibility. Enterprise Ireland and Local Enterprise Office supports for digital and training projects sometimes apply to programmes like this. It is worth checking with your LEO or Enterprise Ireland adviser before you budget, and we can share the programme details they usually ask for.
