A cross-departmental build, start to finish
I recently completed a Microsoft Copilot Studio workshop for a cross-departmental team at a large organisation. People from different departments started with the basics and finished by building, testing and governing their own agents.
Who it's for
Operations, HR, finance, L&D, service teams and managers. Not just IT. If you know how the work gets done, you can learn to build an agent for it.
What your team builds
- A knowledge agent that answers from your approved documents.
- A request agent that sorts questions and drafts the next step.
- A simple workflow hand-off, with a person confirming before anything is sent.
Pick the tool that fits
Microsoft Copilot Studio
For organisations on Microsoft 365. Agents grounded in SharePoint, with Power Automate flows.
Copilot Studio training →Google AI Studio
For teams on Google Workspace who want to prototype agents quickly.
Other tools
Chosen to fit the systems you already use. We start from your work, not the tool.
How it runs
- Hands-on workshops, team coaching, or both.
- On-site in Dublin or elsewhere in Ireland, or remote.
- A safe training environment, so nothing touches your live systems.
- Follow-on support if you want help taking an agent into daily use.
Agent-building training questions
- Does my team need technical experience?
- No. The sessions are built for business teams such as operations, HR, finance and L&D. If people know their own process well and can describe it clearly, they can build a working agent with coaching.
- Which tools do you train on?
- Microsoft Copilot Studio for organisations on Microsoft 365, Google AI Studio for teams on Google, and other tools where they fit your setup better. We pick the tool around your systems, not the other way round.
- What is an AI agent in plain terms?
- An assistant that answers from your own approved knowledge and can take simple steps, such as drafting a request or routing a question, with a person confirming anything that matters.
- Is it safe to practise on our real data?
- You don't have to. By default we use a separate training environment, so nothing touches your production systems. If you prefer to work in your own environment, we agree the setup with your IT team first.
- Is it on-site or remote?
- Either. We run sessions on-site in Dublin and elsewhere in Ireland, or remotely for teams spread across offices.
- What does the team leave with?
- Working agents they built themselves, the lab materials, and a simple checklist for testing and governing an agent before real use.
