- What happens on the 20-minute call?
- You describe where the time goes in your week and what you have already tried. Richie tells you whether AI or automation is a sensible lever, and if it is, what the smallest useful first build looks like. No slides, no pitch deck, and often the honest answer is that a process fix comes first.
- Is the call free, and is there any obligation?
- Yes, it is free, and there is no obligation afterwards. Plenty of calls end with a recommendation that costs nothing to act on. If there is work worth doing, you get a clear idea of scope and price before anyone asks you for a decision.
- What should I bring or prepare?
- Nothing formal. One concrete example helps most: the report someone rebuilds every Monday, the inbox nobody keeps up with, last month's supplier statement. A real artefact makes twenty minutes far more useful than a general conversation about AI.
- How quickly will I hear back if no time slots suit?
- Send a note through this page or email rfoley@artellis.ie and you will normally have a reply within one working day. Phone is fine too, on +353 1 964 0650. Notes are read by Richie, not routed through a sales team.
- Can we meet in person in Dublin?
- Yes. Artellis is based in Rathfarnham, Dublin 14, and in-person sessions around Dublin and the wider Leinster area are straightforward to arrange. Most delivery afterwards runs remotely, which keeps the cost of a build down for smaller companies.
