AI Transparency Notice

1. You are talking to an AI

Ella is an AI assistant, not a person. This is stated in the assistant panel before you type, and spoken aloud at the start of any voice conversation. Ella cannot agree commercial terms, quote prices or commit Artellis to anything. Anything that matters is confirmed by Richard Foley in writing.

2. What happens to the conversation

• Chat and voice conversations are processed by third-party AI providers to generate replies, and by a speech provider for voice.
• Transcripts, and any details you choose to give (name, email, phone, company, notes), are stored so Richard can follow up. They are not sold or used to train public models.
• You can ask us to delete a conversation at any time. See the Privacy Policy for retention, lawful basis and your rights.

3. Imagery on this site

Illustrations and article hero images on this site are generated with AI. They are illustrative only. They are not photographs of clients, staff, premises or delivered work. Photographs of real people and real product screens are used as such and are not synthetic.

4. Written content

Some articles are drafted with AI assistance. Every published article is reviewed, edited and fact-checked by Richard Foley, who takes editorial responsibility for it. No article is published without human review.

5. What we do not do

• No emotion recognition, biometric categorisation or facial analysis.
• No synthetic video or audio depicting real people (no deepfakes).
• No automated decisions about you with legal or similarly significant effects.

6. Advisory outputs

Artellis provides AI advisory, prototyping, workflow design and enablement. Outputs are decision-support only and require client-side review, testing, validation and approval before operational use. See the Terms & Conditions.
