Week 1
Find the one workflow
We look at where time actually goes, not where you assume it goes. One workflow is chosen on volume, repeatability and how easily a mistake can be caught. You leave week one with a working prototype on your own data.
Weeks 2 to 5
Build it properly
The prototype becomes a tool connected to the systems you already use, with approvals, logging and a visible audit trail. Your team tests it on real work while it is being built, not after.
Week 6
Hand it over
Training for the people who use it, documentation for whoever maintains it, and the accounts in your name. If you want ongoing help, a care plan covers it. If you do not, nothing breaks.
Artificial intelligence consulting in Ireland
Artellis is based in Rathfarnham, Dublin 14, and works with SMEs of roughly 10 to 250 people across Ireland and the UK. Most of the work is remote; Dublin and greater Leinster clients usually take the first session in person. The same person scopes, builds and hands over, so there is no account layer between you and the build.
Two things shape Irish projects in particular. First, funding: Local Enterprise Office and Enterprise Ireland supports often apply to AI and digital projects for eligible SMEs, so it is worth talking to your LEO before you budget. Second, the EU AI Act: staff who use these tools need demonstrable AI literacy, and every build here keeps a human in the approval loop with a logged audit trail. Workflow automation, not model shopping
Clients often arrive asking which model to use. It is almost never the deciding factor. The value sits in the workflow around the model: what it reads, what it is allowed to do on its own, what a human signs off, and what gets written down. That is the work a workflow automation consultant should be doing, and it is where the time savings come from.

Do you replace staff?
No. Every build keeps a human in the approval loop. The tool does the reading, matching and drafting; a person still decides. That is both better practice and what the EU AI Act expects.
Who owns what you build?
You do. The accounts, the credentials and the workflow are in your name from day one, with a written handover so another developer could pick it up.
Do you work outside Ireland?
Yes. Most work is remote, with Irish and UK clients the usual mix. Dublin clients can have the first session in person.
