- Why are there so few case studies here?
- Because these are the builds we can write about honestly and in full, with the client's agreement. Plenty of other work sits under confidentiality, particularly in the public sector and energy. A short list of detailed studies tells you more about how the work is done than a wall of logos.
- Can we speak to a past client before committing?
- Yes. Named references are available on request once a conversation is serious, and the quotes on this site come from people who agreed to be contacted. Ask on the first call and Richie will tell you which reference is closest to your situation.
- What sectors has Artellis worked in?
- Irish healthcare and public health, energy retail, education, professional services and SME back-office work. The pattern matters more than the sector: repetitive reading, matching or drafting, done weekly, where a person still needs to approve the result.
- Are the numbers in these case studies verified?
- The figures quoted are the ones the client observed and agreed to publish, usually hours saved or turnaround time. Where a number could not be confirmed, it is left out rather than estimated. Nothing here is a projection dressed up as a result.
- Will our work be published as a case study?
- Only if you want it to be, and only after you have read and approved the text. Confidential work stays confidential, including the fact that we worked together if you prefer. Most clients agree to a study once the workflow has been live for a while.
